FREE Biometric Screening for Employees and their Spouse / Domestic Partner currently on a dōTERRA medical plan.
Screenings Include:
Health Risk Assessment & Customized Health Report
Cholesterol & Glucose Testing
Blood pressure
On-site Provider Counseling and Review of your results
Important to Note:
- Please FAST for 8 hours prior. Water and/or black coffee are okay. Fasting is recommended for more accurate test results, but not required.
- Must bring Insurance Card to Screening.
- Must have forms filled out PRIOR to screening (via Healthie).
